Vancouver Elopement Photographer
Frequently Asked Questions
How long have you been a photographer?
I have been a Vancouver elopement photographer for 10 seasons. I shot my very first wedding in 2012.
How would you describe your style?
My approach to photography is candid, fun, and relaxed because I believe in documenting moments as they happen rather than creating them. It’s the genuine, unanticipated photos that really tell your story.
Where should we get married?
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all elopement locations – it really depends on who you are as a couple. What would be the most authentic location to you and your relationship? Somewhere urban? In the forest? By the ocean? On a mountain? I’m happy to make suggestions based on what is true to your story.
We aren’t from Vancouver, can you help us?
Absolutely! I have worked with many couples who travelled from elsewhere in the world to Vancouver to get married.
I’d be happy to provide you with location and officiant recommendations, as well as answer any questions you might have about making the most of your stay in Vancouver.
How many photos will we receive?
I guarantee 50 photos per hour of photography coverage. I typically deliver about 125 photos from a 2 hour elopement.
How long until we receive our images?
I share 8 sneak peek images within 24 hours on my Facebook page.
Your full gallery of edited, high-resolution images will be finished within 6 weeks of your elopement.
How will we receive our images?
Your photos will be delivered in an online gallery called Pic-Time.
I love Pic-Time because it’s online and accessible anywhere, enables easy downloading for you and for your family and friends, and offers professional quality products you can purchase directly from the gallery.
Can we meet to chat?
Absolutely! I’d love to meet for drinks (alcoholic or caffeinated is up to you) to learn more about the two of you and your plans for your special day!
Due to COVID, I am currently offering consultations over FaceTime or Zoom.
