West Point Grey Community Centre Wedding | Vancouver Wedding Photographer

I couldn’t help but smile when I read Kerryn and Steven’s inquiry for their West Point Grey Community Centre wedding. Kerryn and Steven have been together for a long time and have an adorable son, Finley. In their initial e-mail, they said they delayed their wedding to start their family and regularly told each other “I just want to be married to you already!” They described their plans for their day as being light-hearted, stress-free, and as enjoyable as possible – which all sounded entirely my speed.

I didn’t actually meet these two in person until their wedding day as we had our consultation over Facetime. Kerryn greeted me with such a warm hello and I knew immediately it was going to be a lovely day. Not only was their wedding light-hearted, stress-free, and enjoyable, it was also sweet and genuine. From the vows to the speeches and all the hugs in between, it was very clear how much love surrounded Kerryn and Steven on their wedding day and it was a joy to be present to document it.

Huge thanks to my lovely second shooter, Kaitlin, for helping me with this wedding!
