Oli and Dimi were married on a sunny afternoon on Kitsilano Beach. Surrounded by only 7 of their closest family and friends (and a baby), this was the smallest wedding I have documented to date. Their ceremony was short and sweet and ended with a lovely song performed by Oli and one of their guests on her ukulele. By the end of the song, their family and friends were singing along – it was a moment I will never forget!
After their ceremony on the beach, we ventured over to the Vancouver Maritime Museum to find some shade for a few portraits. Their reception was a casual picnic at the beach, complete with the quietest “cheers!” I have ever heard, and a delicious raspberry mousse cake topped with fruit and two Smurfs!
