When Erin first contacted me, she described her low-key, Friday after work Dockside Lounge wedding as “really more a party and celebration.” She concluded her e-mail with asking if it would be something I would be interested in and I really couldn’t respond to her quickly enough. Shorty after that, we were chatting over drinks on the patio at Steamworks and the rest is history. Erin and Jason were married in a short ceremony surrounded by their family and friends and celebrated with a reception full of food stations and toasts (and an assortment of performance artists scattered throughout Granville Island for the Fringe festival).
